Why we started TCA
Tactile Care Agency was founded by three directors who'd seen what support looks like when it's done at scale — rushed visits, rotating faces, people treated like timeslots. We knew the Northwest deserved better. So we built something different: a small, hands-on team where the people running the company are involved in the support itself, where workers stay long enough to build real trust, and where every plan starts with one question — what matters to you?
